These terms cover your use of the AIGIS Solutions website and our products during this early period. We've written them to be readable.

Early-access notice. These plain-English terms describe the current early-access and pilot posture for AIGIS products. Product-specific agreements may apply for paid plans, pilots, and custom implementations, and these terms may be updated before general availability.

Planned pricing

Pricing shown on this site is planned launch pricing and may change before general availability. Where a price is described as planned or "subject to change," treat it as an estimate of intent, not a binding quote.

ADSP1 — AI provider disclaimer

ADSP1 does not include third-party AI model usage at launch. You are responsible for any fees, subscriptions, usage charges, data policies, and account terms from the provider you choose. AIGIS pricing covers the workspace, orchestration, memory/context, and workflow layer only.

Early Access

ADSP1 early access is a beta program. By joining, you understand that:

The software is still in development and may change, break, or be temporarily unavailable.
Features described as planned may be added, changed, or removed.
Early participants may receive founder pricing when the first stable version launches.
AIGIS will not apply surprise third-party AI usage charges — those stay with your provider.

AOE pilot scope

AOE pilots are scoped. Custom integrations, private deployment, complex migration, and production guarantees are handled separately from a pilot. A pilot is a limited, time-boxed engagement to test real workflows together.

AIGIS Access Program

Free and reduced-cost access may be available for startups, solo founders, nonprofits, and small businesses working through a hard season. It is generous but structured:

Eligibility is reviewed, not automatic, and access is not free forever.
Access is reviewed for renewal after roughly 6–12 months.
As your business grows, your plan can grow with you — with no surprise back-billing.

Ownership and licenses

ADSP1 is planned to support both owned major-version licenses and subscriptions. If you buy a major version, you can keep using that version; subscriptions and update passes keep you current. Hosted services and AOE operations require an active plan.

No warranty during beta

While in early access and pilots, AIGIS products are provided "as is" without warranties. We work hard to make them reliable, but you should not rely on beta software for safety-critical or irreversible decisions.
