AIGIS Solutions ("AIGIS", "we") is pro-consumer and pro-privacy. We don't want software that traps people, hides costs, or makes ownership confusing — and we hold the same line on data. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and how we use it.

Early-access notice. This plain-English policy explains how AIGIS handles information during early access and launch preparation. It may be updated as products, services, and legal requirements evolve.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

Information you submit through our forms — your name, email, organization (optional), product interest, preferred contact method, and the message you write.
Newsletter sign-ups — your email and the update topics you select.
If analytics are enabled, basic aggregate site analytics that help us understand which pages are useful. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and route it to the right conversation (ADSP1, an AOE pilot, the Access Program, or custom work).
To send development updates only if you opted in — and to stop the moment you unsubscribe.
To improve the website and our products.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

ADSP1 and your AI provider

ADSP1 is a local-first workspace that is provider-neutral at launch.

You bring your own AI provider. When you connect a third-party AI provider, your prompts and content are sent to that provider under their privacy policy and terms. AIGIS does not control, store, or process that AI usage on your behalf. Review your chosen provider's data-handling policies directly.

Your control

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
You can unsubscribe from updates at any time — every email includes a one-click option.
ADSP1 is built around local ownership and exportable workspace artifacts, so your workspace data stays with you.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and subscription information only as long as needed to help you and to run the business, then remove it. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.
